He mentioned the Honda Works Edition doesn’t have the Xtrig clamps. That may be true but the Honda does have a full Hinson clutch assembly along with rear coated shock… kawi only has the coating on the front forks and only the Hinson clutch cover. So all I’m saying is that the Honda is a better value when it comes to these premium models over their stock counterparts. You really couldn’t go wrong with leaving the dealer with any of these bikes, love all the new tech n innovations on all these great bikes.
@cyclenewsКүн бұрын
Thats a great point. The shock is for sure a nice bonus on the Honda as well as the clutch, all for a cheaper MSRP.

@@NickW90 kawi also gives you the rear sprocket in black nice little touch.. The CRF comes with the OEM rear sprocket but instead comes with the ribbed seat cover and the bottom of the front tubes also powder coated in black… For me the Honda is the better value because the most expensive thing to do after you own it would be to coat that rear shock… expensive + down time. This is the perfect race format for the mid and full-sized electric motorcycles. The Surron Ultra Bee is really good. We had some heat issues due to the skid plates suffocating them a bit (we think, as that's the only difference between how we ran them last year) But so damn fun!

I feel like a lot was missed on this review. I have been shopping for a bike and have the budget to buy whatever I want. I literally considered every option and this Saturday I'm getting a new 2024 black Hayabusa. I'm coming from a naked and when sitting on any liter bike I just couldn't justify the discomfort for the power. Also I live in flat Florida and even though I will be touring, I like to go fast and value stability and comfort over flickability. The Hayabusa looks better than almost any other sports bike with few looking as good. You dont have to rev it out to get all the power and is much better when you want to cruise around. I've watched countless track videos with the Busa passing liter bike after liter bike. One guy just took his mirrors off and uses track tyres and he doesn't seem to have a problem not having steel braided lines. As a matter of fact out of the countless reviews and owner videos I've seen I haven't heard anything but good about the brakes with one guy saying they are very good but could benefit from even bigger brakes.(Couldn't every bike though?) The only thing I think it should have came with is the self canceling blinker. I'm getting this bike for $14,990.00 brand new. People complain about it not coming with this or that but if you keep adding stuff the bike gets further out of most peoples price range. Along the lines of most sports bikes having the electronics this bike has I would challenge you to list how many do because I literally just got done comparing them all and none of them have all of what the Hayabusa offers. Either they are missing wheelie control, launch control, as many power modes, as many levels of adjustability in all the different electronic modes. A display that shows you how much you're leaning, using your throttle, front brake, rear brake. Hill assist. Or missing brakes that automatically incorporate your rear brake when using your front for quicker braking. I couldn't find one other sports bike that had it ALL. Liter bikes are cramped and when you sit on this Hayabusa it feels like you're actually getting what you're paying for. Another complaint I've heard about almost many new sport bike owners is how fragile they are. At the end of the day they aren't built for durability. When you try to squeeze the most power out of a 1000cc motor while keeping it as light as possible you can't have components that are as durable and strong as a sports bike that is made specifically for street use that doesn't obsess on playing the numbers game with track focused sports bikes. I think anybody who doesn't ride track or tight twisties all day long probably would like the busa as a street bike more than any liter bike available today.

I dont understand why your channel says the africa is underpowered in the heavy weight cc field... the 1200 plus ktm or gs. You really should be saying they are over powered in real world use. The the highways africa cruises at 100mph all day. Id doubt anyone cruises 130mph all day. Africa base being lighter has no shortcomings in power off road really. Has good torque and is more powerful than what honda claims. All aftican 1100 owners know this from experience. On paper means little. We look at final figures most people dont use .

Nice review ofc the popularity vote won, I do like the yzf250 but every time I go to buy one I ride it, hate hos loud they are and underpowered.. sorry they feel rapid but on track getting over junks and hanging with ktms down the straights it’s harder also durability just isn’t matched to a ktm for long term ownership I keep going orange no matter how hard I try not too

At only 100$ USD cheaper than any other 250F, the Suzuki isn't a good value. At least 500$ (or more) would be more realistic for a seven year old model which has seen no updates. Luckily US dealers significantly rebate 'leftovers' by model year's end but here in Canada dealers still ask full MSRP....and of course are stuck with them.
@OtisFlint3 күн бұрын
It's terrible value. The resale on a Suzuki is comparable to used bubble gum, making it a very expensive bike to own for a couple of years.

No ktm colour should be in the top 3 for a longtime , the elephant in the Room is that frame , euro frame . Close second is WP shite and third they cant win a thing in America and that is the true reflexion of a base bike . 3 colours with different rubbish sales points the difference , good brakes but the base bike is not competitive , maybe seventh gear is need even though anything past third gear the bike is sketchy . Triumph first year for everything and everyone including the riders , think about totally new bike Alloy frame and already dusting up the seasoned ktmhuskagas factory boys in the outdoor . Crappy products with marketing contracts paying these salesmens bills. Number 1 on marketing for near 10 years not surprised they cant afford it anymore. Chinabike next suckers

I made my 2011 Multistrada into a 160bhp+ the lightest, best handling fastest supermoto bike I could make. Its a hooligan bike which is really fun. I raced for 10+ years and the street is silly for 200mph sport bikes, at my age at least. So, to me, the new V4 is brilliant but 30+ grand is too rich for me, but if I could I would. I love the riding position, its a comfortable old man sportbike and I still come home feeling a little guilty.

For the Tenere to be compared to the 890 and not the 690 shows you it is in a class of its own. I have seen a video where Adam Riemann tested a few adventure bikes and showed that hp means nothing off road only on tar there is a difference, weight is the key and then suspension.

This actually makes shoei helmets fit my round head well. Too bad my rf1400 is still a suffocation chamber in terms of airflow, especially compared to my alpenistar and arai quantum x before that, maybe x15 would've been better. Rf1400 is significantly quieter than my other recent helmets, but the cost of airflow/ventilation is way too high, and it had issues with its pinlock and fogging up.
