Thus far in my interactions with Goth beings I have experienced kindness, empathy, considerate, courtesy, not-judgemental, attentive, accepting, peaceful, calm, intelligent, artistic, creative, talented, spiritual, helpful, patient and many more amazing qualities too many to name (in fact Biblical scripture teaches and encourages these qualities), as I consider myself to also possess these qualities I have wondered if I might consider myself to fit into this culture? I understand that being Goth is fundamentally centred around the music but may I suggest that it may be also be about your qualities as a living being? ps. I have found beauty in all things black and white and feel most comfortable exhibiting this aesthetic.

So helpful! Contouring for eyes is always tricky, and many of the Gothic classic eyeshadow styles tends to look odd on my eyes as they are shaped much more like yours, where it looks perfect until you close them slightly and then your eyes turn into odd slits - not in a pretty snake way but in a suddenly peculiar way. I think u could pull off a Mystery Babylon version of this very well too, just write M B on 4head, a Persian dangling jewelry headpiece, a red or purple veil, & hold a golden goblet in ur hand, maybe even draw or paint fake red blood streaks off goblet's top rim & ur all set. I come from a corner of Europe invaded by Germanic tribes in the 5th century. The Visigoths were one of them. Maybe I have actual Goth blood running in my veins, IDK. What I like about the goth subculture is the love of Goth architecture (we got that too), the art and especially the literature.
