Keritsugu falls into the middle end of top class mages in terms of power not as mage. He can take down lower or mid end of 1st class mages like Tokiyomi or El Meloy. Against Baryl Pepe Daybit Kirscharia Ophelia Bazett Flat etc he is cooked. Overall rated A tier for me
