This is not western culture, it is the way it´s used in american-jewish culture, no comparison to Europe.

A bit disappointing. You want chopped pickles in there. For the sauce, a yogurt mixed with mustard, mayo, apple cider vinegar (you want acidity) , salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley (or basil or coriander)

Ichiban is nostalgic for me. Now i wanna try more maruchan just to see the difference. I do love korean noodles but most of them are too spicy for me. I eat korean instant zhajang mein all the time, but rarely buy the soup noodle ones because even the "not spicy" are spicy!

About half were not even pancakes. I'm all for other, similar dishes, in shape, in base ingredients, etc. But this isn't the difference between a pancake and a waffle, or a pancake and a crepe (though that did show up). Some are just... *wildly* not even close to pancakes.

Love to try pepper X and chocolate pepper X fruit in a meal or marinade but Ed won't release it to the public. So his suggestion is more than a bit redundant l think.

Interesting how he talks briefly about locusts being kosher. Every insect is forbidden to eat in jewish kosher law, except locusts. This is likely because of locusts destroying crops in biblical times, and a preservation of life being necessary. Basically, the Bible says that if bugs eat all your crops, it's better to eat the bugs than starve to death
