When I was a kid I discovered that dry spaghetti bent in half almost always breaks into three pieces with the middle part flying everywhere. I also learned that while my mother appreciated the science of it I still had to clean it up. Ditto with the 'spaghetti is cooked when it sticks when flung against the cabinets'. My poor parents.

You can soak pasta in cold water for about 20 minutes, then just cook it for a minute and add the sauce for a nice al dente bite.

I avoid bigotry pasta myself, but nowhere in this video do I see any product placement, nor does he mention the brand name of the pasta, so I don't know how you know what brand he's using. I don't see him supporting any brand openly. What are you seeing that I don't?
