Oh my! Carson AND an estate to die for! I’d love to spend a night there! I’m 76 and used to ride. I still ADORE horses! I can’t ride anymore but love just being around them. They are magnificent animals!!

The house in Sinks Grove sold A few years ago, my Uncle rented there for a few years in the 2000’s and my family lived across the street in the old store in the 60’s until 74 or so. It is such a beautiful old house.

You do not need to worry about getting a house for your family. I bought a house in California with the help of a loan company. They are so wonderful.

2:37 - You're not kidding. In New York City and San Francisco, $350,000 will get you a dinky studio coop apartment if you're lucky! This studio apartment will likely be in less than stellar condition and in a rough neighborhood. Real estate in New York City and San Francisco is crazy expensive!

Loved the house from Ga. My parents are looking for a 6-8 bedroom, 3 bathroom fixer upper house with at least 4 acres of land. They want it in the country, preferably farm land and with a barn or 2. Has to be in Georgia and we haven’t been able to find anything. We have looked at everything from abandoned to really overly priced. Just a fixer upper will be good at a good price because we are the fixer upper family!!
