Hi do you know of any grand staircases that starts out going straight up many stairs made out of this same kind of beautiful wood where the newells I think that's what they're called? are made out of lion heads? They're carved the same kind of wood so I'd say they're definitely custom made. I've had this dream / nightmare since I was a child (I'm 61 so literally for decades) It's always the same mansion I know my ancestors had a plantation in Kentucky I'm from the West but do you know of any mansions that has these type of Newell's? PS doesn't necessarily have to be in Kentucky but it's definitely a mansion or a castle in the basement OR one of the main floors there's a huge bathroom with separate large stalls that has the black and white checkerboard flooring. Possibly used as maybe a large indoor pool changing room? if anybody would know YOU WOULD I've tried Googling have found nothing. Thanks in advance for your reply
