I do not have a smoker, but I added some smoked sea salt, smoked paprika, and a little liquid smoke when I corned the meat. Then I wrapped it, and cooked it in the oven with the spice rub until 203 internal temp. I let it rest for a couple hours, then put it in the fridge till the following day. I placed it back in the oven uncovered at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or so to caramelize the crust, and it was delicious!

Hi can i put butter instead of oil please let me know thank you
@DaBurghSteelersАй бұрын
No butter in broiler! Butter's burn point is 350° F (Broiler is 450 + F ) - Organic Avocado Oil is safe in broiler also. He used "Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil" found at Walmart (Very distinct Greek style horse drawing with yellow label) But surprisingly cheap compared to other Olive oils.

Tried it. Maybe it was the pineapple, maybe it was just me but it didn't work that well. Pieces pulled out but didn't have all the fruit. Now my hand itches like crazy too from rolling it. Be careful y'all.

Used a similar level 5 glove on a mandolin slicer and it went right through the glove and slice the tip of my thumb clean off. Hit nerves, artery, everything. Came back from the hospital and found the tip of my thumb stuck to the blade.
@SergioHernandez-ik8nb2 ай бұрын
Same here but not as bad. I sliced through the glove through my nail and part of my thumb all the way through to the other side with a knife. I am sorry to hear this happened to you. It seems these type of gloves only protect against a dropped knife or small chop but not against slicing, etc.
