Men are not really interested in this type of woman. Constantly judging others worth and actions. It is best for a person like this to NOT date and seek that type of relationship. If she dates as a numbers game she admits you are just a fungible part of her life, like a tire.

As a man, I wish I would have received the following advice. 1. Don't get married. The corrupt divorce courts are against all men. 2. Don't have kids. Read item 1 again. 3. Stay single and be happy.

I can only share from my own experience. I had a complete hysterectomy at 40. I was prescribed and used an estrogen-only patch for over 10 years. I took an average dose and changed the patch twice a week. I could tell a positive difference in my mood. I was diagnosed with invasive lobular breast cancer this year. I had to get off the hormone patch cold turkey. That did not phase me. I would not take it for so long if I had it to do again - just long enough to work through the menopause process after a hysterectomy which included removing both of my ovaries.

great advice- especially when it comes to alcohol. Women shouldn’t drink alcohol at all and makes you look like hell and ages you early also, it’s horrible for your health. Great tips on weightlifting too. I’ll take those.❤

Another MAJOR one: the more vigorous activity you do while young, the better you feel while old. The hard, miserable work I did lifting, digging, carrying while a child on the farm enabled me to do it as an adult on the ships for 40-odd years, and today in my 70’s I go to 11 different exercise classes per week, 2 of which is 2-hour water volleyball sessions Wednesdays and Sundays.

I thought my now husband's was to much of a red neck😂 Now I couldn't imagine my life with out my sweet county boy. 14 years together, 7 married this Dec. I almost said "No thanks" to the blind date we were set up on based off a few social meida pictures and he just "wasn't my type." We met and we haven't been apart since.

I've been using Dawn dish soap on my arm pits for 12 years after a doc told me that I needed antibacterial soap there. Since then, I've had zero problem with bacteria clogged pits. (Post menopausal for 8 years)
