This my WHY! There is a health crisis for women in menopause. We’ve been told to “suck it up and get through it” with limited resources, next to no research and no one to lean on.
This needs to change now, and no one is coming to save us. We have to be the change. We have to talk about it. We have to advocate for ourselves and for other women.
I am dedicated to providing you with the resources and answers and help you find what you need. This is why I started making my menopause documentary over 3 years ago, why it includes #TheMenoverse of top doctors and experts.
Updates coming soon, make sure you’re signed up to my newsletter for updates.

I’ve learned that for black women - we can be in perimenopause up to 10 years 😢. It’s so rough.

I hear you. I understand. Janet Jackson had a baby at 50 & women in India have babies at 70.

Excellent points made…low testosterone has a similar impact on men ruining the quality of their lives as does menopause on women.

I had to learn about it when I was 35, I noticed that, I was in early Perimenopause, never heard of until, I had did some research, the hot flashes, and sometimes the anxiety things bother my nerves. So taken proper supplements is key, an it helps. Sometime it's unbearable. I can't wait to read your Book, good to know someone is talking about this an encouraging us at the same time😉
