The other day the internet went out at my apartment, and since someone I live with works from home and has to have the internet, I get on the horn with the tech people immediately. We spend nearly 20 minutes rebooting and troubleshooting and nothing is working. Turns out the person I live with accidentally unplugged the powestrip where everything was plugged in. I felt like such a moron. I profusely thanked the person I was talking with and apologized for wasting their time. 😂😂😂
