U don't always have too but yeah we know the drill been doing this since I was a pup . Lol 😂 thanks for the reminder that's why I record it so I can see the errors if I need to bring my hands Up or back faster or if I'm pivoting when I'm throwing or turning those hip 🙏.

I mix this into my Boxing Session right after I jumprope & shadow box. Used to do forty straight now I push myself to 50 per Session. Then after hitting Heavy bag 51 again also did 8 diamond pushups just for fun. Thanks for the pointers this the way I get down just sharing my progress and hope it serves as motivation some will, some won't, so what, Just Dot it ! Cuz in the end thats all u got is U VS U !

Elbows at 90° for a full one, have someone hold their fist out pinky side on the ground. If you don't bump your chest on the top. It's not a full push-up.

Bruh do this 12 rounds 3mins 60 seconds rest, 3 jump rope, 2 rounds shadow boxing with 2lbs wieghts, 1 rounds without wieght, 3 heavy bag, 1 uppercut bag and body bag mixed and 2 rounds on the speedbag and end it with 50 pushups and just for giggles 20 reps of Med Ball work 5 different exercises of it . SAVE ME THE Hate my Friend been doing this since a Youngster step your game up and do the session see how u do 😂❤🥊🔥 All work here 💯 we keep it pushing. #StrokeSurvivor

@@RealTaki1 Well if I did that I wouldn't count non complete push-ups. There was no hate I was telling you about proper form. I love the commitment and the drive. And I'm glad you made it through a stoke and are pushing yourself. But can you really count them if you didn't FULLY do the push-up? Simple as that man. Again great energy, amazing determination.
