Tax accessed values on a tax ticket and the tax history of that property shows its worth. I don't care - if - someone wants $500,000 for their home and land - unless - the tax ticket of tnat property reflects a similar amount than I won't buy. Why? Because that is how inflation happens. That is how real estate and homeowners inflate the price of a home or any tangible item - above its worth. I have negotiated without real estate agent for my buys. I skip the chaos - by going by the tax accessed value on the property and contact owners myself. I paid cash and have mortgaged also for property. Not to get rich. But to take care of my family. As Americans - we have got to stop chasing the debt dream that profits banks, agents, and wall street gamblers who have the funds to seize property- no matter the cost. I live in a rural state where coal and timber used to be king. They bought up our lands and sit on them in their portfolios as assets. To inflate their worth on paper. They paid taxes as residential properties - though - these lands were bought with company checks and in company names. People must get back to helping each other. Doing our private deals among buyers and sellers. As a property helper of various properties of subsidized and townhouses - I can tell that if - you in the poor construction of Section 8 cheapness amd then go in a townhouse of private expensive rentals and just look at the compostions and layouts - then you would get disgusted at how the government got into HUD financed housing and yet - the townhouse folk pay thousands a month for their properties that are the equivalent build of Section 8. We have got to get smarter America. We got to trust one another and communicate and not be afraid to negotiate fair market value deals ourselves. And if - we can go in debt to pay them than we can also save our money to pay cash. They cannot destroy the values of our dollar - unless we let them. The gambling on wall street wants our dollar destroyed. Larry Finn of Black rock sits as trustee for Klaus Schwab fpr WEF great global monetary reset. Countries globally are as tired of these bad policies and American dollar games as we are. Only we can change this. By changing ourselves. Those who know they got a mortgage that they can afford - brainstorm with your family. Share housing together and live as one unit and foreclose willfully now - before - they drop their ball instead. Hard times are coming that will make Venezuela look like nothing of what will happen here. If you are in the city - get prepared. Because your thrive to survive doesn't offer what country folk have of natural resources and knowing our hills and hollers better than anyone of where those caves and coke ovens and deer feed and fresh water springs run from. The depression is coming and this time - it will collapsw the dollar with it. Please read a bible or get a bible. Chapter 6 of Revelation teaches that they will get their global reign. And not one person - will ve unscathed by this. A dollar is only as good - as it holds value. And ours is not anymore. Accept reality. Create a plan. Pick up the pieces and survive on. Because that's what it comes too.

Travis, why all the uneducated talk about corruption? You know (more or less) how the monetary system works. It's like all monetary systems that came before it. Creating the Fed was a good idea at the time to provide another layer of protection. A simple buffer. The Fed, nor the system itself, can last forever. Remember where money comes from. It comes from the creation of debt on the other side of a balance sheet. The problem is that assets (purchased with that money) eventually decay/ depreciate. However, the debt never goes away, and eventually the debt consumes the system itself. Stop pointing fingers and talking about Keynesian economics, which I know you do not understand. The monetary system is fundamentally a Ponzi scheme. The only way for us to get out of this, is to let it implode and then institute a new system that is equitable for all and includes the planet (donut economics). But you know who will do that for us? Our government. And that is their job. If you don't like it, get into government and do it yourself!

Yet will always exclaim they are HELPING... So it is NOT the people who are the cause of all that has happened or is happening... it is that self imposed self serving body calling itself government that is at fault for the ruination of both people and nation, When people come to realize that and oppose that "bodies" will and desire being inflicted on them, thing will he better/brighter, but first people have to stop wanting that "body" to rule over them as government and realize they must do it themselves.

Politicians don't have as much power as you think they do. Corporations own them. We the People allow the rich to take advantage of us. What Obama said in the interview was that mortgage brokers scam uneducated people into getting a 30-year mortgage with less than 20% down, which is dumb. So is buying a car with a loan. We the People like this kind of world where "free enterprise" allows the rich to take advantage of the poor. So what is there to complain about?

There are many many homes built in the country. I live here, 10 DR Horton homes built and landscaped and empty. Several on roads coming into the beach areas. I have no idea how many are finishing last of retirement who have sold up north and paid already. Some before lumber went ballistic and contracts were paid already. Illegals building most of it in carpentry at least.

Would not buy anything that needs to be financed until after the collapse has bottomed out. Sadly, not buying what we want is the only way to stop the government from spending more and more money. It's up to all of us to withhold from buying to get the governments attention. The economy depends on demand, and if we don't demand, prices should tank eventually. After the government passed a law allowing banks to take money out of our accounts in March of 2022, I only keep a minimum in the bank. I heard a lady who handles foreclosures in a bank state she has seen a 19% foreclosure rate. We're headed for depression, and everyone knows it. They just don't have the courage to say it.

Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
