Jack is the canon Paragon MaleShep romance and I can't be convinced otherwise

My first ME game was 3, I’m playing through the entire series rn, halfway through 2, I actually FULLY understand the hype now LOL

I know Liara is probably the "intended" romance but... To me it just feels wrong. In the first game she literally refers to herself as "barely more than a child" and she has an unhealthy idealization of Shepard... To me it's just icky 🤢

Did they happen to mention how they pulled a Bethesda and shipped flimsy paper maps instead of the cloth ones they promised with the physical deluxe edition?

I wish the hair pack was compatible with short races. The vanilla hair I use on my Deep Gnome always clips into her face, but I don't like any of the other styles for that specific character. The hair you use in the video would be the PERFECT replacement, but the mod doesn't say it can be used with short Tavs. :(

reading the comments I don't know why Mass Effect "fans" restart the suicide mission simply so that no character dies lol. It is supposed to be a game of decisions and the weight of each one must be carried. I understand that they do it in the 3rd game and so on, but restarting to choose better in the first two games is embarrassing

The N7 in the trailer is Asari (helmet shape suggests this). Shepard has unavoidably mind melded with Liara (throughout ME1 and near the end of ME3) regardless of romance. Liara can, therefore, reproduce using traits from Shepard (with or without his/her consent). An Asari child of Shepard would also still be relatively young even in 2890 and MEA tells us that memories can transfer within families through the touching of artifacts (which would be the N7 helmet piece). The tech for repairing the Milky Way's damages done by the Reaper War exists in Andromeda (Remnant tech). Also, the advanced Milky Way buildings look somewhat Remnant to me. This tech can include bringing back the geth if the player's choice was to destroy them at the end of ME3 or undoing any of the Milky Way states dependent on player choices made at the end of ME3 (i.e. a way of respecting ALL ME3 possibilities), but moving the story forward from a common "repaired" state. It is also stated by one of the Nexus scientists in MEA that they are learning how the scourge "compresses space" (overheard banter in the lab). I don't think we'll be playing as Shepard, but rather as Shepard's Asari child in 2890 who gains access to Shepard's memories through the helmet piece recovered by Liara. How "Shepard-like" she will be remains to be seen. Of course, what we would lose is the ability to play as a male protagonist (unless, perhaps, there is an option to play as, say, an Angaran male heskaarl instead).

People who romance Ash are "savages," but romancing Jack, a literal murderer and criminal, is just kinky? Ashley literally believes in God and reads poetry in space. That’s beautiful. She may be xenophobic at first, and given her history, it’s honestly understandable. Excusable, no. But understandable? Definitely. Plus, if you’re paragon, she'll actually learn to grow from her mistakes.

Garrus and Tali are the goat companion characters. They are the most loyal and will drop everything to follow Shepard to hell and back. Tali is your mechanical / tech genius and Garrus is basically the Turian version of Shepard and the best dam sniper in the galaxy.

Cid is the key moment of the game that everyone is missing as a clue. When he says "what did Aerith actually do anyway?" that's a huge moment for me. It foretells so so many things. It's ambiguous for a reason. Cid doesn't feel a sense of loss, although, if we rewind a few chapters back, he felt a need to help Aerith because of Ifalna. Does that really indicate that she is gone? I think we're jumping between 2 timelines again. In the end, when cloud observes the group from afar while CID is fixing the Bronco, he is seen holding the empty white materia. But I noticed, as soon as the camera switches angles, he's holding the black materia instead. Unless that's a weird glare on my TV. But i'm pretty sure he was holding a different materia. Anyways, i think we will continue to jump between timelines, not knowing what truly happens until the end of Part 3.

You know what ? I put 40 hrs in 7 years ago but got distracted and forgot about it. Replaying it now and thoroughly enjoying it. Interesting story. Good combat, some decent sidemissions, true, it has some grind, but go in with an open mind and treat it as its own thing. Truth be told its aged damn well and much better than lots of current triple A games. Oh. And Ryder can be just as snarky as shep if you want him/her to be.😂

Only way that comic could make sense in canon as a DLC is if that Reaper fleet was the one that attacks the Milky Way and not some new dormant fleet, and that you find that planet well after the events of the comic.

This show does something really interesting, that I really didn't think about until they talked about rebecca. In Cyberpunk no life is truly sacred. Anyone can die. Rebecca's death is 100% the nail in the coffin, not even a fan favorite like her is safe. I like that. Just like how in (Spoilers) V will almost always die, even if they don't they've basically lost everything already, they've already died.
