I still dont find her as consistent as unicorn retrofit and she's like an extremely overrated version of Volga. Since Unicorn will proc healing airstrikes far more frequently than a overhyped CV whose primary ability makes their healing airstrikes take far longer than usual to proc. The primary sin a carrier ability can have is to fuck with the launch time by making it even longer so your vanguard will have to be solo mobbing the enitre map before you get a single airstrike to proc. Perseus is also available in general construction now but far harder to get to drop than Unicorn. TL;DR: use unicorn retrofit instead if you really need a healer. Zuihou is also a better pick with her healing buff a few months ago.

I'm confused. So this Fleet attacks both mobs and the Boss. Every time I have 2 fleets, one of them attacks the enemy and the other fleet attacks the Boss. Right now, I have Erebus and the Fletcher fleets. If I remove all Fleets except this one, it says I will consume 38 oils. Is that how it is? need confirmation.
