Thanks for sharing your update on your mattress! I've had the Nest Bedding Quail in my guest room for over a year and love using it as a day/nap bed when I don't have guests. I fall asleep so quickly on it and you really don't feel motion around you like you were saying. If you are looking for that pillow top feel though, I could never praise their Sparrow mattress enough! I've had that one in my bedroom for a couple years now and it's the best bed I've ever slept on! It's like floating on a cloud and definitely an upgrade to the quail. It also has the ability to flip/switch out the top layer of foam instead of replacing the entire bed down the road. I feel like both have been such a good investment overall.

Hey can you use the same power mop for both the wood and multi cleaning solutions. I know they sell a separate wood power mop. I think you can use the same power mop for both solutions. One other problem these might solve: I noticed that I had the habit of using virtually all elbow and no wrist in my non-dominant arm. These have proved useful in training the wrists to do the work. I've noticed my upper body is more symmetrical. More wrist + less elbow/shoulder = longer jump sets! Something to add to a sit and chill session

after applying last year i got a log number of 82 and being contacted for documents and even seeing the apartment I got initially rejected bc they think my assets in my bank accounts are over the limit. but it was a mistake i dont really have access to what they think i do. I put in my appeal but i dont know if theyll accept it or not and im super nervous. when i saw the apartment last week they said i might be able to move in and sign the lease by the 15th of august! but who knows if theyll reject me now, which is awful especially after being so close. ive applied to over 750 buildings over the last 6 years on housing connect and stuff and my anxiety is through the roof right now haha. born and raised in nyc, have sent out over 700 applications the last 6 years aha. i had finally gotten called back for one and got log number 82! been a lot of back and forth with submitting documents the last 6 months but i finally got invited to view apartments. Now they say im just waiting to receive documents to sign and then the lease. I'm so close it makes me really excited to finally have it work out but until i sign that lease and move in nothing is guaranteed and even now it's still possible that i don't get it and its making me anxious. but im trying to stay calm and patient and positive that it'll work out!

On the l-glutamine... for stomach ulcers.... I get chronic stomach pains and ulcers from stress, which leads me to not be able to swallow food... I know its stress/trauma/fear related, yes everything is okay now, but I do have multiple trauma disorders. So I get literal flare ups. I just have to take one L-glutamine a day for a few days and I feel so much better. That even helped my eye-twitching which you mentioned for the magnesium. So thats cool both could possibly help? Apart from the fact that BlendJet has shown itself to be a very unreliable company making very poor products, I'm also concerned about the fact that they also use plastic for their products and particularly the jar. I've been waiting over 12 months for my recall replacements but now I just don't want them anyway. It's better to find a company that makes their personal blenders with good quality metal for the bases & toughened borosilicate glass for the jars. That way the very real risk of micro plastics contamination into the blended liquids is eliminated. I've now found a much better product here in Australia from a company called Zestee which is based in Perth, Western Australia. There are other companies also using better & safer materials than what Blendjet are using. Blendy & Blendaco are two other Australian based companies & Aura is another American company that is also based in California & the Aura personal blender looks to be far superior to that of BlendJet. It's so nice to tap the glass jar with a fingernail & hear the reassuring "tingle" of glass rather than the "thud" sound of cheap & nasty plastic. There is no real reason to purchase & use a Blendjet anyway when there are other companies based both in America & Australia, where I'm from, that are making far superior products.

Try putting some sort of scrub silicony one inside at the bottom of the cleaner and see if that helps. Also maybe look at better cleaner soap or run it longer
