Thanks for sharing your update on your mattress! I've had the Nest Bedding Quail in my guest room for over a year and love using it as a day/nap bed when I don't have guests. I fall asleep so quickly on it and you really don't feel motion around you like you were saying. If you are looking for that pillow top feel though, I could never praise their Sparrow mattress enough! I've had that one in my bedroom for a couple years now and it's the best bed I've ever slept on! It's like floating on a cloud and definitely an upgrade to the quail. It also has the ability to flip/switch out the top layer of foam instead of replacing the entire bed down the road. I feel like both have been such a good investment overall.
