Seeing you go out on the water, I can't help but hear the Miami Vice theme play in my head. Ah, Miami...Diet Cuba. My mom used to live there before she moved back to the NY Tri-State area where she had me because she hated the weather. Honestly no visit to Miami is complete without going to Versailles and having some pastelitos and a cafecito. Cafecito/Cuban espresso is some of the strongest stuff you'll ever drink.

As someone who also gets migraines, actually throwing up helps me It soothes a little bit. also, very unfortunately, alcohol can trigger migraines. It triggers mine

I triple if not quadruple stand by this. I also get horrendous migraines that can sometimes last for days, and sometimes puking helps, sometimes it makes it worse. Sleep tends to be what helps the most (besides my rescue med imatrex) But alcohol, definitely triggers a migraine in me almost every time regardless of how much water or food I may have...and I'm talking about getting a migraine as soon as you have your first or second drink, not the day after like a hangover, as I'm sure you know what I'm talking about 🤣

As someone who has suffered from migraines most of my life I feel you. Something I would suggest is checking your bp just in case its high. As gross/unhealthy as it is I found that throwing up often relieved the pressure. Hope they get better. ❤

I experience the same. When I have a migraine, throwing up always makes me feel better. Applying ice packs to my neck and across my forehead helps too. I basically try to freeze my head.

for the migraines: soak a small towel in cold water, press it out then drip mint essential oil on one side (like, 10-15 drops). lie down and put the towel on your forehead. the cold together with the mint scent helps a lot with the migraines. if you turn the towel with the mint oil towards your skin, it can sting and irritate your skin on the long term, but i even like that because it distracts from the headache and nausea 🤷‍♀
