Wow, I'm glad to see there are still people waiting for season 2 :-D For quite a few months I just didnt find the time to work on it, recently I've been able to fit in a few sessions, but it turns out the project is much larger than I initially anticipated so don't expect it to arrive for about another year. I hopw you can wait till then :-D

This is genuinely really well written. It has, of course, got very good animation but the dialogue is so good it's the first stop motion animatsd movie that I've actually got a vested interest of what the mini figs are saying and doing. It's like... it's like you've made an enjoyable watchable movie on its own accord, without just the sole reliance on the quality and interest of the stop motion. You're good. I really enjoyed that

Wow, thank you for your kind words! Made my day :-D I did try to put alot of effort into the dialogue and the script.

Wow! Just amazing work! I love the mix between lego and terrain. The models stand out so much better! For me lego terrain can be uneasy for my eyes, almost confusing unless it’s solid colours(could be down to my eyesight..) There’s so much character in this little world! I was just scrolling through that brochure last week, I have years 89-96 from my younger days. I used to gaze at them for hours dreaming of what I could have.
@vanestream Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for your feedback, I'm glad you enjoy the mix of lego and terrain. I used to spend hours looking at those old brochures as a kid as well, especially the ones from the time periond you mentioned! What fantastic pirate and castle worlds!

WOW that's really beautiful ! Not only the combination of lego and non lego but also every lego construction and the way they are put together with all the angles !!! I have like 10 medieval houses a large mill, a big church and some plans for a huge castle. Now that I moved I can finally start my lego medieval city I was hoping to build for ages. (I literally set up the table just yesterday) I planned to do lego terrain building but I might lack too many parts for a result that won't be as nice as this. This video is really inspiring ! I'm a bit concerned if the silicone on the water gets too sticky and if the dirt on the landscape doesnt't come off. I also wonder how easy it is to dust it all because that's becoming a real nightmare.
@vanestream Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment! :-D I'm glad you like the town. That sounds like a very impressive medieval town you're building, I'd love to see it when it's done! If you're interested in the non-lego terrain building, in part 2 of this video series I go more in depths into how I created the non-lego landscape. The silicone on the landscape isn't too sticky in my opinion, but the dust has been an issue. I now cover the whole thing in a thin plastic sheet when I'm not filming, which has worked wonders in keeping it dust free.
