I have 2 of these cars...I really like the big mirrors and ample back view ..they are an important asset and the back space very generous

Wouldn’t you really rather have a Buick? Yes, but without the Northstar. Could have been a reliable, world-class engine if not for the GM bean counters. Just like the disastrous HT4100.

I've owned both L67, still have the Ultra. Wouldn't downgrade to either of these.😊 I do like the look of the Lacrosse, a little.

Even to this day i love my 3800s❤❤ And have an 04 Dale Jr supercharged Monte Carlo SS L67. Still want an 85-90 red on red Electra. Growing up born in 89 my grandfather had a beautiful red on red every option including digital gauges 86 Park Avenue. I loved that car growing up. Being an 86 it was the red dot 3.8

I have one - I think is a good car - I like the Model and the style - By haven't been able to figure out - how To open the back seats windows - it seems They forgot about This important detail when they made the car - And put them out in the market as RECALLED cars? A horrible mistake - not safe.

I'm still driving the '97 I bought 19 years ago, just hit 150,000 miles... A few mods of the intake, larger exhaust downpipe, and 3 more PSI with a 3.5-in supercharger pulley, and she pulls from low revs like a Rocket 350 V8!

This is the first I've ever heard about the radio station and climate control settings being added to the memory seat and mirror module. Tis a pity they canceled the car mid-year...

Do you have available any dedicated videos regarding the fifth generation (19856-1991) Buick Skylark? I love those compact cars from the company.
@Charlie-Cat.2 ай бұрын
I remember seeing a 1990 Buick Skylark just like in 17:41. It was fresh off the dealerships estate with a shine that I'll never forget. A real beauty that compact vehicle was to me at the time. Wouldn't mind purchasing one off the 2nd hand market.

I like the simulated wood laminate that was available on the 03-05. I had one, loaded to the gills. I jeep it in a climate controlled storage garage on the farm But I replaced it with a Toyota that just won't die. And the V6 is quick. It's a lot slower. I sure wish that I kept my Ultra Touring P.A. 5300 original miles. It sits next to my 76 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ with even less mileage. No one has ever sat on the seats in either car. Sheep skin seat covers up front, HD plastic seat covers in back. My kid keeps them running and theym wheels are off. The Park Avenue Ultra is by far my favorite. The Avalon has 165k miles and is an 05. Our 2017 Avalon Limited has less than 1200 original miles. We rely on my 2018 F-150 mostly for transportation. Big power from the 3.5TT. 178K miles. But nothing rides as good as that Ultra. I think that I'll pull it out, change the oils and fluids. Then drive it for a week or two as long as it's not raining. People love German cars and Caddilac Slades. But I'll stick with the Ultra for ride luxury. We have to change the rotors annually on all stock in the barn. But the Buick, GM had something special there. Too bad they were so rust prone. That's why I seldom drive it.

The Vanilla family & their neighbor's the white-breads. They all just got back from the High School football game, lunch at friendly's and a trip to the local Sears. They made it home in time to catch 60 mins.

I feel like the Present Malibu is what the A body's would have evolved into if they were still in production. Mid-size, fwd,160 hp halogen headlamps, taillights analog guages/climate control good looking but affordable made in USA long production run.Very popular with the people who buy it. Considered dated by people who aren't fans. Lot's of interior room not tech packed. There are alot of similarities.

This car is the EPITOME of '90's Broughamness, in my view!!!!!! I mean, really, who could EVER believe that people don't want a comfortable, elegant, luxurious, stylish, & spacious car to just take a nice relaxing drive with the cruise set at 65 & your favorite music wafting from the stereo?!!!!! Just because executives at the Big Three are so immature that they would not be caught dead driving these cars because they are "old geezer's cars", why should we traditional Brougham lovers suffer for it?!!!
