Av been doing this since last yr 2023the first day was hell but now am use to it,i do 60×5,5times a week .now i rug any kind or times of gown skirt and shirt of my choice.thanks so much for this am so happy.cause before I was so scared of wearing fited gowns but now i rug it well❤❤❤

This is not easy 😢😂 but after a few you’ll be a pro . Be mindful of your posture to prevent back pain. Your back should not be slanting all the way past your toes 😊
