4th WHAT: WHAT does it matter, Todd? On your deterministic system, God has already determined absolutely everything already, including who will go to heaven and who will go to hell. In fact, He created most of humanity specifically to send them to hell, not to mention He predetermined every sin they would ever commit, and no matter if you preach the Gospel to them, they won't get saved because they were created to be condemned from the beginning! Of course, that's given that your system is true... But if the Bible is true, it does matter if and how we preach the Gospel, because ANYONE can hear, believe, and repent. The cognitive dissonance in Calvinism is so ingrained, you have no clue it's there!

For those of you complaining about this video, Todd said himself that he’s being nitpicky. He also clearly praised Wes for how well he did in the realms of apologetics. What he is presenting here is simply the difference between DEFENDING the Gospel and PRESENTING the Gospel. That’s it. He’s not condemning Wes at all. He’s speaking out against those that are so quick to declare that Huff’s conversation with Rogan was indeed a presentation of the Gospel. What is being presented here is wonderful if you listen to the whole thing through without getting hung up on misunderstanding Todd’s intentions.

But you are a self admitted Calvinist & believe only a pre-selected elect in eternity past will irresistibly turn to Christ & no one else will or can. Wes presented the Gospel at the Last 20 minutes of Joe Rogan. You DID NOT WATCH THE FULL EPISODE. Wes also preached the gospel on PBD PODCAST. You're a Saduccee, Todd. Our hearts should yearn to praise Him with the language that we have, whatever it is. The widow’s mite was greater than all those giving from their wealth, not because of what it was, but because of what it meant. If lofty, high language is what you know and have, then may it be His. If basic wording or slang is what you have, then may it be His. You’ll not impress Him, but you can praise and glorify Him.

Any message that prompts people to give pause and question who Jesus is and what his life has done is a seed that may bear fruit according to God’s will. Let’s not be too eager to impede that.

The gospel takes 2-3 minutes to present to any unbeliever. This is 30 minutes of convoluted jargon with no tools for getting the gospel under your belt. Too bad 😢

I saw the whole Rogan podcast with Wes Huff. How did he not present the gospel? He talked about Jesus being God. He stated he believes the resurrection. He stated that the law is a mirror that shows us we are dirty with sin, but Jesus is the Savior that we need. How's that not the gospel? Like you said yourself: You are nitpicking. Just because you would do it differently does not mean God did not speak. This video is so disappointing.

P C S R R P P = Problem is sin C = Consequence is death S = Solution is Jesus R = Response confess,believe R = Result is justification P = Promise is eternity w God Now add (and memorize) the scriptures for each component. Hint: all are in the book of Romans.

Catholics went from no salvation without rome and pope as God to salvation possible outside of Rome and pope a stand in for christ as if we ever needed that.

How are we not justified by our performance if a number of other scriptures suggest we can lose our salvation if we don't perform well? Examples are like the ten virgins, but 5 are rejected; guests at the wedding party being trown out for not wearing the proper garments; the sevent who buried and returned the talent instead of investing it; the branches that bury little to nothing fruit being cut off and burned; ppl being neother hot or cold being damned; and so on... Or the scripture that explains if a believer was forgiven and redeemed but continues to sin, then there is no longer any atonement for them, and they are damed unable to again receive atonement and forgiveness... There are also many Ray Comforts in the world who preach a works doctrine that suggests if we still struggle with sin after being saved, then we were never truly saved or we lost our salvation... Also, Catholics and Orthodontist who say if we are not part of their church then we are not saved; and that we should pray to dead saints to intercede intercede us even though the Bible teaches we can come Boldly into the Holy place in God's presence... I am like the person MV described as though I am saved i feel God sees me as the least in his kingdom, thus unimportant, irrelevant, and not worth his presence and intimacy... God my bless others and do good for others but not for me; stories about Joseph and others going through struggles and God helping them seems to not imply to me as God loved and favored them, and I am nothing...

Excellent video Todd! I'm currently studying and praying my way through the book of Hebrews, I'm so in awe of the goodness of God! I was saved 4 years ago and am so grateful to feel closer to God every single day... sometimes i think, I'm a mature Christian now and then i wake up the next morning to find that He has ways of growing me even more. Very encouraging video, they you, sir!!

A couple of points One: GOD IS NOT A LIER Two: GOD cannot learn anything; therefore, HE has always known you Three: (Gen. 1 & Rev. 21) The purpose of man is to live eternally in fellowship with GOD. These points are not the gospel; just points in knowing God a little better.

I kind of disagree with the whole idea that the post moderns don't teach adoption. I posit that they want the adoption without the repentance and the justification. "Just pray the magic mantra and now you are part of the family of God."

I see NOTHING wrong with what Joel Osteen is saying. I do see something wrong with those who cut him down. He is a believer in Jesus Christ. He is our brother in Christ.. "Whoa to those who touch my annointed." BUT, you didn't know that did you? Because you probably never read the Bible.

The Holy Scriptures teach that there is only One. No triplets/trinity. One. As the Scriptures teach...if anyone or angel from heaven teach another gospel, let him be accursed. Never forget the teaching of...The First Commandment of them all is, Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God is One Lord.
