You should take some drainage pipes below the surfece of the ground to provent water going down in the ground, and have a ground fan to provent moisture behind the glass :)😊

Spray the rock wall with a clear sealant, have a hatch in the base of the window where you can load large silica gel bags

So childish to not apply for planning permission beforehand. If they would have said no then you've just waisted a load of time, money and effort, if they would have said yes then no problem... don't know why its "not the Furze way", especially learning from previous mistakes.

You could do a table interchange system for the lift in a L shape. This would allow the first car to come down amd slide to the side before the second table slides on to the lift to retrieve the second car. This works because the tables only need to make contact with the wheel base. The tables would need to lift up a bit to slid off the lift as well toballow them to slide along a track.

For the window, you can use plexiglass. Make a plexiglass box and use clear silicone caulking to seal it to the rock or if you fear the silicone will shrink. use expanding rubber caulking. reason for using caulk: its cheap and easy to cut out if the top plexiglass fogs up. also you'll know you and a gap if it fogs up

Why have you put the beam in LAYING ON ITS SIDE? You've lost all it's strength and rigidity.

For those interested in UK planning permission stuff, there was drama around The Captain Tom Foundation being told to demolish their spa because they built it before the planning permission was processed and denied.

Colin Furze is the legit Doc Brown! I'm calling it now! Christopher Lloyd will be a guest on his KZbin Channel! Given how they're remaking everything nowadays, Colin Furze may star in a remake of "Back to the Future" in a different timeline/universe. You don't want to exactly remake the films from "Back to the Future" because they're classics! However, you can certainly add to them just like what Disney did with Start Wars! Calling it right now! Colin, if that actually happens please invite me to your underground garage/ tunnel House! 🙏 It would be an honor! 🤝

You could always do a fake window in the garage?, just collect enough of the original dirt/earth, seal up the wall with steel (like everywhere else and make a false wall with a "window" which is actually a glass box filled with the dirt/earth from before.

Is it a possibility to create yourself a pocket that is both hollow and see-through...say 3 inches thick, between the finished bunker and the face wall. This could then be back filled with rock and dirt to give the overall appearance of the natural rock face, but in a more controlled way? That way, you can barr moisture and still have the view!

What about making a replica of the wall that sits behind the glass instead of the actual wall. Visually it would be the same and you don’t have to worry about natural elements.

A "hoover' takes a lot of current that is why the cable gauge is important. Especially when you want to use electric tools which are often high amperage.
