I’ve been there with the finger coils. So cute but is it better than heat damage? Because taking them out def causes breakage on some of them 😭

please don’t use ecostyler anymore. they changed the formula and it contains harmful ingredients that can harm your scalp and hair follicles. check naptural if you want to make your own flax seed gel or use an alternate. i use a white gel called ice or something like that with a green top. it’s in walmart.

Do you recommend learning to trim your own ends to others? I knoe you used to faithfully get it trimmed in a salon.

I think both can be fine if your hair is healthy! Now that all of my color is gone, I find that it’s easy to do it myself. ☺️ But if the hair is damaged, layered, or chemically processed-then it might be easier for a professional to trim it!
