Technically he did them out of order, like how you can in Frontiers, hence the random difficulty jump from *Rail Canyon* to *Sunset Heights* but the game did at least try to direct him towards *Kingdom Valley* with a waypoint(that he ignored or didn’t notice), but it won’t take the choice away from the player, so you still get the freedom of playing the game your way

The switch is underrated. Sonic x shadow gens runs great there. I think its better than the other versions because it has portability even tho it runs better on ps5 and xbox
