He alluded to this situation even before Paulblems posted that. On persways channel; months ago. Here is the TLDR: Paulblems developed a huge ego, was rude to his teammates, and reached the point where he was so overconfident in his abilities that he stopped improving and gradually became the agreed worst player on the team. Whereas the original worst player on the team, ended up being one of the best. Paulblems kept causing problems on the team with his attitude, and worse- many of his issues IRL caused them to be unable to practice. At one point, only giving them 2 weeks to practice for a competition. Eventually, he was suspended from the team... But when offered to have his spot back(with agreement that he'd change his ways): He refused because he refused to resign the contract for 'a team he helped create' and thus was off the team for good. While at the time he didn't disclose WHO he was talking about, its now clear that the person was Paulblems.

I didn't realize that Paulblems posted that... But in the interest of anyone else who sees that and shows up here; Schmiddy alluded to this situation in the video titled: 'Interview with Schmiddy asking tough questions about RVL' on persways channel. (Timestamps 47:00 - 1:17:52 ). In short: He was causing discourse on the team. Allegedly by not showing up for practice, or taking out his stress on others. In that video, Schmiddy says directly that Paul WAS the best survivor- but implies that he stopped improving and was bringing the rest of the team down... Either by his lack of improvement, his attitude, or him not showing up when he was needed. In one instance allegedly causing them to only have like a month or 2 weeks to practice for competition. And because of that, he was removed from the team. Pauls twitter post seems to support this. He says himself that he was told all this, but(IMO) is arrogant in claiming that there was nothing wrong with how he played. He admits that he was using 'tough love' and being rude to his teammates; but didn't consider himself 'toxic'. According to pauls post... I guess he was ejected from the team at some point? But when they offered to bring him back; he refused to 'reapply' and sign the contract(Because he felt entitled to his spot). Which ended in permanent dismissal. This is speculation; but It sounds like Paul's ego got huge, and he was jeopardizing the team with his attitude. They worked so hard to get a sponsor on NAEU, and he wasn't taking it seriously as his job. He wasn't responsible; So they let him go- and he won't accept that he was in the wrong. Yes, paul was struggling with stuff IRL; but that doesn't excuse how he was allegedly behaving.
