2nd video I've seen like this. Very beautiful work. Sincere question: is the metal the screws were made from a quality metal for a knife? I read about expensive knives made out of this steel or that steel and here the description is made out of screws. Made me wonder if the expensive knife steel is a gimmick or if this knife is just mostly a work of art rather than a highly functional blade.

It was such an amazing artwork. You have managed to forge a beautiful knife despite the heat of the glowing metal exceeding 1021°C!

How do you know that those "household metal items" have a high carbon content. Otherwise the blade will be useless. Why do ppl coat the cannister with white-out? Does it really make any difference?
