In spanish from spain Vi Calls Caitlin "pastelito", which means "little cupcake". But the latin american version says "bonbón", which means "chocolate". Honestly, it sounds more natural to me, even if I'm spanish, but it loses the reference to the cupcake trap in LoL

No, Vi says "είσαι σέξυ, κεκάκι", meaning "you are sexy, little cake" - an indirect translation of the original "You're hot, cupcake".
