why dint you use baking powder or soda instead you used yeast....what is the difference in outcome of the end product?

It is bhatoora of chole bhatoora fame from India. May be from kenya

I do it the other way round i put salt and sugar in the warm water and add flour while kneading and go on adding flour if necessary! I don't knead long maybe 5mins and leave it to rest while covered for at least 15mins. I'll try ghee but don't like oil I use margarine!
