Thank u so much!! I really like hills. I’m older and just getting into running and didn’t want to do too much. Lots of walking and hills feels good for me so good to know doing that most days could be ok.

If you're not running on your toes then where are you running? only the ball of the feet touching the floor? Since people say the heel shouldn't hit the floor & Bolt doesn't let the heel touch looking at some slow mo clips. Would be interesting to see a good sprinter run barefoot for demo purposes

Not speaking for Les, but sprinter knowledge is Ferraris don’t run on flat tires. 40% of your speed is in your feet/ankles so training them will show that
