If you're not running on your toes then where are you running? only the ball of the feet touching the floor? Since people say the heel shouldn't hit the floor & Bolt doesn't let the heel touch looking at some slow mo clips. Would be interesting to see a good sprinter run barefoot for demo purposes

Not speaking for Les, but sprinter knowledge is Ferraris don’t run on flat tires. 40% of your speed is in your feet/ankles so training them will show that
