How about something to hold the center of the rear axle so it can still do suspension and pivot with no bounce? Ampro engineering has a transmission brace to help with that.

Building a squash van this looks very familiar lol yeah I remove the nubs with a razor myself
@BasBoyRC8 күн бұрын
The Squash van chassis evolved from this one, only 3 more gears in yours. He was a little rough in cleaning up, but have a half set of tracks coming with a set of pins. I can then make a set of the heavier tracks and only 4 pins to swap them over otherwise swapping every other one would be a chore. I painted the figure up that now fitted so got a few little jobs out of the way.

O my dry ad the desert sand! Lucky you looked inside!! The person must have used a Dremel with a sand drum wheel I know because I tried it one time and it looks like yours well mine was not nearly as bad but that's what it does. what brand are your steel pinion gears they are hard to get over here other than the robinson racing but I don't think they are 100% the same as tamiyas. It does look cool!
@BasBoyRC10 күн бұрын
Very dry inside, Tamiya just do not give enough grease for these cars. He did not use a Dremel as the scuffs all over the place. Pinions are easy over here, I think that was a Robinson racing the trouble in the US is the 48tp they do not work in Tamiya at all they just grind. I used what they need MOD 0.6 makes a huge difference. I did make the mistake once. Tamiya do make steel pinions.
