It did very well, it was a very cold day but had to try it. Steering limited as expected but not too much trouble. Today the parts for the heavier tracks arriving 🙂

This is the first time I've seen one of these Tamiya's run and apart from the steering angle I'm very impressed. I look forward to seeing it run again when you can get out more.

Tracks and steering never a good combination, tanks are easier to spin round. I took it to the skate park to see what it could climb and side angles it did very well. Not the fastest well the slowest RC I have taken there. I only lasted 15mins as too cold.

I should have the parts in a couple of days to make the second set. Too much hassle to take every pin out to remake them.

@@ShenRC The track parts I ordered was 36 pairs of the flats and 144 pins, £43 so did not cost that much.
