A Tamiya unboxing for the New Year - GF01-FT - A Tamiya that's different

Been looking at these for years also a fan of the GF-01 chassis, but this is so different and at the price for new/built was perfect with full bearings.
This video is for 14 years old and older. These Rc vehicles are dangerous as there are fast moving parts and hot parts that can burn.

Thats pretty interesting I have seen them on the shelf but haven't really checked one out had a bad experience with Traxxas tracks hope it runs good will be interesting to see on the trail

Tracks do have there limitations, but there are spares included. The Traxxas ones were belts that can stretch these are links like there tanks and not had too much trouble with them.

Nice find for small money. The ESC shoul be a 1060 or one of it's clones. The bpody rear edge might be easily cutted to a straight line or sanded. Hillarious that there's still the wheelie bar. Curious if you'll get the car as far😉

LOL the wheelie wheel is so funny, as much power you could put through it will never happen. I will sort the rear later on some way or another, it was a good buy.

That looks neat! should be much different to run than a normal RC, can't you put just a few links of the aggressive ones in spaced through the ones on it now? anyhow it looks like it will be fun to drive.

That's the pain changing the links and you have it one in every 2 or 50/50. No snow here so these will do for now, but will see later on getting more parts to make 2 set then only 4 pins to change.

This does look better but the Freelander body is from the Bush Devil so I do normally like it.
