4 Helpful suggestions from the 69 year old Hippie general contractor. Suggestion 1: till you tear down the porch put a blue tarp over the frame roof weight it down with pop bottles to keep it from blowing away. Suggestion 2: make an old fashion water hose level a 50 foot hose ,2 2 sections of 3/4 " clear poly flex hose about 16 inches long and one complete 3/4" hose repair. Assemble the clear hose with one of the hose repair clamps. Put the other clamp on the second hose. Now to use set the clear hose with black electrical tape to show desired level.fill the hose all of it with water with about a good bit of blue food coloring in the water, layer on the ground in flat unlinked loops lift the other end up and the water will show the EXACT level you are looking to achieve. Works better than a laser ands it cheaper. Attach to driven stakes and affix with heavy rubber bands made from old used tire tubes. Suggestion 3 build a 16 x 16 covered lean-to outdoor shelter area. Suggestion 4 get a used 20 ' storage container bury it 3/4 of the way in the ground used concrete sold cinder blocks to frame tha entrance into the container
