Looks great but I gotta be honest here , there's something about the nose part... Jared's nose is thinner tham how you drew it but the rest looks very cool 👍🏻

thanks for sharing, is it better to always have a reference photo?? or just randomly imagine the fur and try to draw it??

this video is still amazing after 12 years... i remember it was a challenge to reproduce something similar so i watched and rewatched this video to make the same character at that time, the first version was horrible but on the second try i did my best and i did it arrive at the desired result. Thank you for sharing this video, it gave me knowledge and practices that were fixed in my 13/14 years and helped me a lot in my work until today :D

i saw this video 12 years ago and im glad i found it again, you like to play the piano as well good, cant draw like you but can play the piano i think as well as you can draw, davy jones character is the best cgi since the movie was launch i been fascinated with the job the guys of hollywood did with this character.

Can I ask, how come you don't use normal pencils but only a mechanical pencil? This isn't criticism at all, just curiosity as I've only ever used a normal pencil in my drawings.
@custardcreamish7 жыл бұрын
By the way your drawings are beautiful.
@braedensaucier26967 жыл бұрын
with a normal pencil the graphite can be really bulky and not the small width that you would need to do something like this and the graphite in normal pencils can smudge really easily wich wouldent give you defined lines :>

custardcreamish basically it gives you consistency.
