Thanks for the informative video. Sad to see how cheap it is sold despite the intense level of labor that goes into producing it. The workers - usually women - deserve far higher compensation as more need to be said about the exploitative labor practices across the continent.

Those who crack the egg direct to the sauce have got some experience, my grandmother use to do the same!!! I sometimes go to church but not always. I didn’t skip the video that scene ended just right there. I shoot in bit not continuous.

Great work. If you are not extravagant and use local fresh produce it keeps costs down and also the quality exceeds much of the imported highly processed ingredients
