There are 2 ways of cooking squid or octopus. Either quickly ( not to long frying it) or for a long time. This is because they tend to feel like rubber bands. Quickly or for long. I noticed in Ghana they fry it too long and it turns tough like rubber bands. I love the stew way because it takes a while to soften. Thanks for sharing.
