Sir transmission k time phase wires k sath ek ground wire bhi hota hai na vo substation pr kis ke sath connect hota hai ? Direct hi ground hota hai ya kisi or equipment ki help se krte hai , plzz reply

Regarding pole formation in stator -North pole is formed when direction of field is towards rotor and South pole is formed when direction is outside, but Flemming right hand thumb rule doesn't say anything like that
