I don't wanna eat any of that. Make grass fed grass finished beef Great again! Chicken as well. some pork squirrels, deer and bison. eggs too good healthy eggs readily available in the grocery store would be great. If you don't buy that junk, they will have no other option than to stop making it.

Yes. But unlike the Ezekiel bread there are no preservatives in it and if kept in the freezer can be good for up to a year.

Of course fresh patties are better, but these frozen ones serve a purpose. There’s zero meal prepping, they last a long time in the freezer, and all you need to do is throw them in a pan coated with oil (I use the avocado oil spray from costco). It takes ~15 min to cook, and you can do other stuff while they are cooking. Just set a timer to flip around the 10 min mark.

any burger is pretty easy to cook in a pan. use nonstick, or if you don't have one just a splash of oil. seasoning ofc, toast your buns, then your normal toppings

Cast iron pan is the only way to go. They require much more maintenance, but they are superior. Thoroughly clean WITHOUT soap after each use, and then oil them. I use olive oil.
