Hey Hayley, interesting video. One thing I think you should have explained more about was the ad watching "bonus" (if you did, and I missed it, sorry). I've seen one other KZbinr ask followers to watch the entire ad(s), because more income is generated when the entire ad is watched. If that is true, an explanation to your followers might increase your monetary intake. 🤑

True. There is more opportunity in the city. I met the love of my life in Texas after moving FROM NY. He was a shy, quiet, artist with a history of previously failed relationships. Women were CREUL to him. He said it took a lady from NY to love him and said Texas women expected a "blue eyed adonis" type of guy. I am blessed to have spent 25 years with him before he passed of Covid in 2021. He always wanted to visit NY with me, but it was not meant to be. Sounds like you're where you are supposed to be. NY is nostalgic... it's packed with history and fun .. adventurous spots like Coney Island, The Rockaways, Broadway, GREAT Italian eateries including baked goods (I MISS CANNOLIS). I would suggest checking out governors' island if you've not been yet. it's charming. FAO Schwartz in winter... upstate Bear Moutain in summer. Great parades great museums! Great bookstores! Miss the thrift store finds. NY has some VERY valuable vintage merch. Texas is great for raising children and budget friendly but if I COULD be in BOTH NY AND Texas - I would. But then it would be NewTexork LOL 😁

Your ratings are very fair in general, but I disagree on the 4BR getting 4 stars for layout, what with that windowless LR. I guess the upside is, your roommates will ALWAYS be in their BRs, out of each other’s way ! Owners could extend the LR thru the right front BR to its window, then carve out a small windowless BR from the left side of the LR area (from front door back to kitchen). Windowless roomie gets a break on rent !

And the realest truth here is that people can be real a$$holes, but those are the ones who hide behind their computer screens and carry on like trolls. A word of advice, say to yourself "Never take criticism from someone you wouldn't go to for advice" before reading comments. Your honesty and openness are one of your best traits and why you are successful as a broker too. People want to deal with people they trust. I really loved the night time drive across the bridge and through the upper east side....New York at night is a magical place to look at. This weeks video was a lot of monologue, but it's also your first vlog and going forward I'm sure you'll pepper in more small video's of where you actually went and talk about them. The 3rd one is nice. My family lived in Brooklyn and im so impressed that my parents could afford it we had a 3 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen but it fit a small table and chairs and we had one bathroom and and a dining room and living room and my bedroom fit a bunk bed that i shared with my sister and my dad worked the tugboat and my mom stayed home. We only had one car but we walked or took the bus or the subway. But then the politics changed and the gangs made it unsafe so after my sister and I were attacked we moved to NJ... i loved the city back then. Thank you for giving us the tour.
