So, starting from the assumption that I have never had the opportunity to try the Oxygen, I can tell you that this Keylab really amazed me in terms of value for money. Even considering it comes with Analog Lab Pro which is a huge sound library.

Hi there, I've never had a synth before so I don't get how this works. For what I understood, the Arturia Minibrute V is just a software that you download on your computer, and you don't get a physical keyboard to play on just like you have in this video. So is there a need to buy a separate keyboard to play with the Arturia Minibrute V ?

Hi, that's right, it's a software. The physical keyboard obviously serves to be able to "play" it but it is certainly not mandatory

I read that the KeyLab Essential MK3 comes with the Analog Lab Pro. Now I would of course be interested to know whether this great piano preset also comes from there? I like this full sound. In general, I would have liked to know what all these presets are.

Hi, so Keylab Essential comes with Analog Lab Intro (not Pro), which contains 500 ready-to-use presets but naturally has limitations on editing the presets themselves. Finally, I confirm that all the sounds you hear in the demo come from Analog Lab Intro, including the piano. I hope to be proved helpful ;)

certainly, the only thing you won't have is total integration between software and master keyboard, but you can certainly use it with any master.

hi, you can easily search for them by name on Minifreak V. The numbers in my case are different because I have many customized presets so I moved the other factory ones.

I know well analoge lab and all v colections ,the sounds are very bad when playing live , lets see how the live players will react after 6 mounth , how it sound threugh a PA , what about acusstics sounds? Flute ,accordions ,violin, ect Great step by Arturia but do they have the expiriencce to make a work station?

Whether the V collection sounds good or bad in my opinion depends on your programming skills and the converters you use. Personally, I have been using it live for years and have always been more than satisfied with it. Regarding the second part of the comment I would like to say that Astrolab is not a workstation.

4:00 is the kick drum coming from the keyboard or did you add this elsewhere? I'm trying to figure out if this instrument is like a workstation and you can build full tracks with it, or if it's more of a stage piano meets synthesizer type vibe. Thanks for the vid!

Yes, the Kick comes from Astrolab, which is not a workstation but more of a multisynthesizer based on Analog Lab V. Thank you for the comment and for watching the video :)

Great playing and demo. Does it have a solid drive? I assume it's a computer running the software in there, I have analogue lab on my PC, it can get a bit heavy when using 2 sounds together like a grand piano and Jupiter something like that.

Hi, thank you very much for the compliments. No, I think the memory is flash (approximately 22.5 GB). The plugins that run inside have been rewritten from scratch exclusively for Astrolab, which I assume is a Linux-based embedded system.

Yes, but with various additional functions such as the smooth transition between patches, now indispensable in a live environment, a vocoder with integrated microphone inputs, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection, etc.

Mine will be here on Saturday. Arturia plugins are essential for my production. I'm just hoping that they're go to be able to add a sequencer, via firmware, preferably with 8+ tracks. I'm also hoping for a sampler, that has chopping capabilities. If they added these two things, this would be a great workstation.
