liver on right side,you struck nice with a right shovel hook.But this (very good video)is more"old bareknuckle boxing" not any flowering open hand silat.

5:43 'I want you to be Phoebe right now' - Did not have that on my Paul Ingram workouts 2024 bingo card 🤣 Seriously though, cardio was psychologically punching back at me today and I needed something, ANYTHING to take my mind off it without feeling like I gave up. This appeared on my subs front page between sets and this was a lovely active recovery and kind of pep-talk to boot. Thank you for all that you do. You're not just there to teach us new things and give workouts, you have our backs at the rough times as well 🤘

The elbow strike is nice but if an opponent side steps you expose the backside of your arm chicken wing to a potential strike or hold.

Silat is just another form of martial arts. Nothing to brag about. Contemporary Silat is nomore origional. Most of the techniques are copied from other martial arts. As a martial artist myself, I would prefer a combination of Chinese Shaolin n Wing Chun. Virtually all martial arts teach you the vital points. Nevertheless, Speed n Strength counts. Be water my friend.

hit hard targets with soft part of hand. hit soft targets with hard part of hand. dont hurt your hands! i'm more of a bread and butter, stick to knitting fighter. go with what ya know works comfortably and natrually for your body!
