I PROMIS NOT TO TAKE CREDIT FOR YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS, IF YOU PROMISE ME NOT TO BLAME ME FOR YOUR FAILURES What’s the best way i can support you right now? I actually had a similar experience/ a friend with a similar experience, are you open to hearing it? Right now I just need a compassionate ear.

I don't use candles just don't feel safe with those in the house. By the way people you can be cheated when it comes to organic food not all businesses are honest. I take more magnesium tablets than melatonin.

So you’d be surprised. I worked in an office for a manufacturing company about a year ago. We manufactured big brand skin care and haircare. I remember once the product claimed to have cranberry extract and they went to the store and baught a bottle of cranberry juice and put it in there for a 50,000 piece order. They were basically able to have that on the label from a bottle of cranberry juice.. I was shook and have not been able to shop the same since. Alsoooo, when things are marketed towards kids and adults…it’s most likely the same damn item just marketed different…

This is how bad communication has been changed by our relationship with technology. And that line, "Communication is so much more than just words." Hits hard

This mentality leads to isolation, and it’s extremely individualistic. We’re so mature and we put ourselves through so many “processes” alone, yet we can’t have a productive, honest conversation with others. How can we be aware of how people interpret situations all the time without them telling us? Maybe the person didn’t hurt you intentionally, so it might help to clarify your point of view. Otherwise, the person who hurt you might never know what he or she did wrong and could face abandonment from you without knowing what to change in the future. A relationship is not a one-person process; it’s COMMUNICATION. Some discussions are not easy, but guess what? People aren’t perfect; And they can t read minds! they make mistakes. Sometimes it’s better to say, “Hey, that thing hurt me because…” than to leave a person who loves you.

Hard Lesson learned on my part: I've learned that I don't have to tell someone they hurt me because they usually end up doubling down and/or gaslighting me rather than apologizing or committing to changing their ways.

I tell people they hurt me because I don’t want it to happen again or so they know why I have fallen back from the friendship/relationship I don’t feel safe in no more ..
@truegirl2anna25 күн бұрын
This is a beautiful concept BUT also an extremely easy excuse to not ever confront someone ESPECIALLY if you’re naturally afraid of conflict. If you’re not careful this can be a scapegoat for future issues within any relationship. Confrontation is what can make or break a relationship too…it’s just about being prudent with when or IF you should confront the person with the said “hurt” they caused. Some people don’t care they hurt you…therefore it wouldn’t be worth confronting…again, great point but all depends on the specific person and the dynamics of the relationship. It’s easy for me to push away people who have hurt me, but by doing so, it can also rob the person a chance to grow and learn…or even rob the both of us from deepening our friendship. Just some food for thought 💭

I got hurt by someone. I spent a year REALLY looking at myself. And the relationship deminished by itself. It was a relief that I didnt have to end it nor fake a relationship.

I do this. I internalize when I’ve been wronged bc I don’t care for confrontation. People know when they’re not treating you right. It’s your job to remove them from your life quietly and if you have the strength to forgive them, that’s entirely personal.
