After I listened to this interview, I took a nap. What Lauren said about: when you’re aligned with God and your higher self, the visions/downloads/dreams become clear ( 38:00) literally happened. I had a dream that there was an additional part of the interview and Lauren said “every morning you wake up, immediately write/talk to God for 2.5 minutes as if He could respond, no matter how you feel” and it felt so real. And even though it wasn’t really in the interview , I inspire myself and anyone who takes the time to fully read this, do the same.💕

I learned with Lauren that grief and trauma isn’t something you get over fully and are just ever gonna be completely “healed” from. It’s honestly just a journey. Your feelings fluctuate. You’ll be at your highs and at your lows. People see how strong she is in person but don’t see that behind closed doors she’s still hurting and facing internal battles. Love her 💗

this was such a beautiful episode. such good conversation! When she said "I have been in survival mode for all these years, I I need to love on Lauren"........ I really feel that. As women, mothers, we sometimes really neglect ourselves trying to just maintain and stay afloat, we forget about ourselves. At some point we have to bring ourselves back to reality and just learn to love us, be there for us! I love this lady so much, so ethereal.

i believe that death is a gift. it’s a journey back to God, back to collective, back to omnipresence, back to being whole, back to being 1 within Him, back to ascending into Him; how miraculous is it that once we leave this earth, this body, this timeline, this dimension we become apart from of the collective good that our human selves know as God.
