Radhi, from afar, you are easily one of my favorite people to follow online. Your transparency and sincerity shine through in everything you share. Through your thoughtful questions and genuine attentiveness, you make everyone around you feel valued and understood. Your empathy and deep listening create a space where people can express themselves freely, and your encouragement helps them discover their full potential.❤

You’re being bamboozled. Her husband created an empire based on plagiarism and lies (was never a monk), and she plagiarises recipes and videos from others as well as perpetuating the caste system in every single video. Please don’t follow people blindly.

I love that you mentioned that you had narcissistic traits because I do as well, and wondered if I was a narcissist just recently. My therapist assured me that I wasn’t. This shows the importance of not self diagnosing, something that is becoming increasingly common. My daughter has autism and every time I hear someone self diagnose without remotely attempting to be seen by a professional to confirm, I am always curious as to why.

Things are at a spectrum. An analogy might be being a midget or short. A 5'4 person might not be short enough to qualify as short or a midget. But what if they are living in a scandinavian community or family and everyone is atleast 6'1, teens, men, and women alike? Similarly, someone might not be narcissistic enough or autistic enough to qualify, but in a neurotypical world, when they read about the symptoms and tendencies, they relate to all that is relayed, though a professional might say you're not enough to qualify. If they want to qualify for something, maybe they arent autistic but an HSP. But its hard to come to these finer diagnosis without deep inner understanding of who you are. After all, its not diagnosed through a blood test. People need to verbally answer and theyve been trained all their life to look normal. Most people mask. Without knowing the right thing to say, the doctor might not be able to see it in you. Another example is pain level. Some people live with pain all the time, they wouldnt even consider it pain and just say its discomfort. It took me a long time to realize any amount of pain is not normal. A wuss might label my normal level of pain as a 9. A navy seal might label it a 2. And the doctor doesnt have a pain-o-meter to objectively analyze how much pain something is causing. Similarly, these psychological "tendencies" are not disorders until it actively causes issues in your life. So unless you've lived through enough years failing, you dont have enough evidence to provide that you're struggling. If you say you struggle with studying, well everyone does. You struggle with exercise? Everyone does. Just keep at it until its an abnormal amount of struggling.

People self-diagnose because they don't understand the importance of actual medical diagnosis, want to fit in or stand out in their in-group or get public attention generally, or are just plain dumb. Any of those three. That's literally it.d

True, it took me 1 year to even figure out that person is a narcissist, they used to put me down a lot and criticise me without any reason, I was so confused.

Everything is a double standard. When I share how I feel, he immediately gets worked up, body tenses up, voice raises, eyes open wide, words and speech increase in speed and volatility. Then he starts the verbal assault. Expressing that “all I want is someone to listen, but I don’t do the same in return” I end up listening to word salad and rage for 45-60 minutes, end up being told that it’s my fault I’ve triggered him, my feelings and needs completely ignored, and then it’s over and I’m left feeling completely overlooked. I can’t take it anymore.

It will change or has to change because of the nature of the conscience……. One personality is non violent….. the other not as much, so it has to change over time. We evolve….. maybe not in one lifetime. But hopefully with all of this new collective info, lots of great personalities. Also, I wonder if all the teachers in the world gathered together if they could find a successful way to re-educate people who were taught or became these personalities through their childhood experiences. Teachers are empowered and seriously empathic, and in tune with motivating, the true spirit of the human being

They are VERY controlling. They have to manage perceptions of others. They have double standards - they can interrupt you but if you do the same to them, you get punished or publicly shamed or humiliated. They need to manage YOU because they can’t or won’t manage themselves.

Stop being so rude y'all. Radhi putting her thoughts out there actually made me feel extremely validated & seen because I've had many of those same doubts as well... if you just want to hear Dr. Ramani talk, she has her own KZbin channel and there's plenty of videos on there... but this is two people having a conversation, they both have the right to express their views. You do you Radhi. Ignore the haters. I see your good intentions behind every video you decide to do ❤
