I think the color is unusual. It's not grey, black or blue it is really nice. You also have sime accent pieces that are already matching. Maybe a colourful tieback may give it some definition. Great job! Thank you.

This is inspiring me to get back into making my own furniture. I never brought my stain and finishing skills to a level that i found satisfactory before i switched hobbies.

Love this! We just purchased all the products for this project. My question is did you use the rough hewn side to the pine boards or the smooth side?

I used a kiddie pool outside because we have septic and bleach kills the good bacteria in it.

Love this video ! Don't know if anyone knows but family dollar stores actually have exactly same cloth drop cloths same color as Lowe's or anywhere for only a dollar each !!! Just a tip to get the drop cloth cheap very cheap ! I love this video though so easy I'm definitely using your method for my over expensive sofa I can't afford the slip cover replacement on my sectional so I'm doing drop clothes from family dollar for a dollar each I hope looks as good as your sofa

Hello! Sorry, I don't knoow your name. I loved watching and learning from this great video. I used this technique on my own sofa. It turned out great. I am subscribed, but notice that you have not posted in about 2 years. Did you choose not to film videos any more? If so, I, along with lots of others will be disappointed, as you are very talented. If not, I wish you and your family all the best. 😇

The husband came home from Lowe's with all the dropcloths they had that day because they were on closeout special. Now I have many dropcloths in assorted sizes. As it happens, they are not cotton as expected but Linen! They wash and dry beautifully. I have made several curtains and a slipcover. Can you bleach linen?

You can have a seamstress sew a custom fit slip cover for you out of that drop cloth. If you supply fabric zippers and Velcro.: I would charge $100 per sofa to sew cases with zippers for all cushions and 1 custom fit cover to go under the sofa cushions. And Velcro under the sofa. You could then replace the legs with something more up to date and never need to buy a new sofa.
