Why do Maori not want everyone to have equal rights? Or do the ewe not wanna give up the free money the crown give them every year $1B with that money why can’t they develop their land to help their people and build houses and jobs to try stopping them from going into gangs for help

Bit of a stretch to call it racist. Many boys get shot with slug pellets go to hospital and have no police action it's more common than you think.

Whaea matilda has helped MANY people I thought could never turn their lives around I know turn their lives around. From reuniting with their family after years, drug ruined minds now free from addiction to simply hearing your thoughts out and dealing with them in a positive way. Sheeesh, whaea matilda has helped me in many ways also. Shes an incredible woman and has a way with the troubled because she has experienced it herself in life somehow. And thats relevant to people trying to recover ❤. ALWAAAYS ME ❗️

The video on this platform called "No Maori allowed" I believe the background to all this was shop lifting. So there people (Maori) were banned from the area. Simple. "anyone" can be banned for criminal activities eh!!

About time these thugs, gave their kids a better healthier educated lifestyle, a life without crime, for a future without crime, a chance to change, it only comes when you embarrass the patch members in front of their children, the children will see their future.

Too much inrquality in this country, I say all teligions in this country should get two days national holidays with two days off work and businesses closed. We need each of them to have tax rebates for tithes just like our christian brothers snd sisters. Can I get a witness and an amen up in here?

UNDRIP was created for collective rights, and cultural protection and autonomy. Human Rights, speak to the individual. Both declarations honored and followed on a world wide agreement and forum. Arguing this is futile and ignorant. Let's have ministers who can really get our nation moving. Both partners have their roles, and both partners have obligations to work together, part of the time. In partnership none less. Let's do this work, our work. This man's kōrero paddles our waka around in circles!! Pointless! If you have no knowledege or understanding on this nations founding constitution, our Magna Carta, our founding documents. Educate, inform, consider.....be part of behavioral change. Know the truth of matters, keep listening, learning.

"You don't agree with the experts "people with credentials like degrees" who say you are changing the meaning of the treaty. Sovereignty works in other places!" I agree with devolution of self-determinisation to Māori and to all people who came after, so you tell me what works in other places and what I don't agree with. "The experts say your're wrong". Tell me what part is wrong. "Crickets"... Maybe a respectful debate - but need reasoned argument on both sides, not just an attempt to shut down the other's ideas by quoting experts. The interviewer lacks intellectual capacity to hold a debate with someone as sharp as Seymour

Seymour is very confused, he needs a long nap. Aoteroa is a bicultural society. Māori and Pakeha agreed to work together to uphold the rights and responsibilities of all citizens of Aoteroa. Seymour wants only whites to decide because he wants a one race state. Very different from a bicultural, democratic society that Te Tiriti endorses.

How is English language good for Maori and everyone else who doesn't speak England in New Zealand?
@logicalanswer352918 күн бұрын
Every person against the Gangs Act 2024 has no idea what those laws state. They are just criminal sympathizers who are trying to make out that violent thugs are somehow the victims. Haven't seen any evidence of one of them actually reading and understanding what the laws literally state yet.

Thank you for your courage Hinewehi! Your love and passion for our culture was such that you probably didn't expect that kind of backlash. How sad of that Māori All Black to make the comment he did, shame on him! Unfortunately that's the sad power of colonisation where we don't recognise our own worth as Māori. Then there's the other end of the spectrum where one of NZ's premier rugby commentators said it touched him and if she asked NZRU for permission, it would have been denied. And random Pakeha actually acknowledging her courageous act, is testament to her Game Changing actions. Hinewehi you weathered the storm of the small minded and in doing so, changed the hearts and minds of so many New Zealanders. Respect! ❤️🤍🖤
