Define old parts?
@BrandonYen15 күн бұрын
In the context of this video, I would say that anything around/older than 7 years is pretty old (currently, first/second gen Ryzen and Coffee Lake). In general though, parts within the past 5 years are going to have more life left in them and will usually also be more desirable to buyers (mainly because of recency bias).

Bro $7500 in 10 weeks is not good. Like how many hours did you put into that. The margins are just not great. If you're selling T-shirts most retail stores expect 40-60% margin. PC's generally have very slim margins especially for an industry where so many things can go wrong.
@BrandonYenАй бұрын
Hey! I broke it down in the video, but I worked around 20 hours a week on average. In total it earned me about 40 dollars an hour. You are right that PCs generally have slim margins, but I find selling PCs to be a lot easier than selling T-shirts and also more interesting

please its not the rise of AMD but that Intel didnt improve at all in the 2010s. Intel basically had a fucking monopoly and fucked it up because all they did was get indian HRs who hire useless indians with faked degrees. How can you have 5 times the employees of AMD and twice of TSMC and still fuck up development? Right if you dont treat your east asian workers who made it all possible properly and they all go to asia to work and only hire indians. Most TSMC pioneers were working for US firms but were ALL denied promotions.

The build is super clean with excellent cable management. I have around 1200 invested and I have it listed for 2000 which I honestly think is a fair price. I have multiple pictures with RGB themes set up with the panel off along with some pc off panel off pictures. I even put a picture up of the cable management in the back. Included a 3 second video zooming in on AIO screen from an entire PC view. Plenty of activity in the market around me. I’ll drop the spec below. CPU - i5 13600k Mobo - MSI z790 Tomahawk WiFi DDR4 Ram - G.Skill 32gb DDR4 AIO - Corsair H150i Elite XT (with screen) Storage - 2 TB Samsung 980 pro GPU - EVGA 3090ti FTW3 Ultra Case - Corsair 3500x Fans - 9 Corsair AF120 PSU - Thermal take 850w Gold rated Misc - Black cable extensions
