As I have tried to install Windows dual boot the way you have explained, I would also like to add that I managed to install the dual boot configuration through the path of the original macOS High Sierra and Bootcamp with Windows 7. And then upgrade both the OSes, macOS to Monterey and Windows to 11. This way it gives me a different configuration at partition level. Am not sure which of these methods will be most durable but at least you will have an alternative.

Excellent tutorial! This tutorial also works for unsupported MBPs with OCLP. After installation of Windows is completed and after installing BootCamp drivers to Windows 10, if you have a Unibody MBP between 2009-2012 model, don't restart your MacBook after the BootCamp setup is finished and don't forget to replace existing MacHALDriver.sys at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ to the one for BootCamp 6.1 afterwards, before in-place upgrade to Windows 11, so you won't have a bricked Windows partition (especially if you have installed the Pro version).

I got it working... Windows 10/Manjaro/macOS booting off one drive. I used Macrium Reflect Free to clone a Windows10/Manjaro dual boot installation I already had on another drive and while doing this I increased the size of the cloned Windows 10/Manjaro EFI partition to about 500MB (maybe 200-300MB is enough). This new cloned drive is 1TB so there is plenty of space still for macOS. I booted in to Manjaro and used GParted to create a few more partitions after the Windows 10/Manjaro partitions. After this I booted into macOS recovery from an Opencore USB installer I had. From Disk Utility I cloned a working macOS installation I had on yet another drive into the next partition that came after the Manjaro partition. It would take too long to explain all the details but after that basically I copied the Opencore EFI folder in to the 1TB cloned drives EFI partition. I then set up Grub to give a menu with all 3 OSs. Grub boots Windows and Manjaro and chain loads Opencore to boot macOS. You only need one EFI partition.
