Я думаю мебель нужна в похожем стиле. Только заносить её придётся через крышу перед сборкой каркаса.😊

very impressive how you have detail for everything involved. I'm from the Netherlands (Holland) and live in Portugal. Burocracy can be just as bad in this country but we are fortunate to own a small house made of natural stone and build before 1951, an important date because you automatically get a permit to live there. We decide to just restore everything and the main advantage is that we didn't need a permit. Even for our fossa (septic tank) we didn't need a permit. We also have a borehole and the dril company arranged the official part. Later a guy came to check and all was good. So in all, easy-peasy. May I ask, what coating do you use on the wood that's expose to the elements?

makes no sense! why would you build a brick house then line it with oak framing? They timber would have been enough as a load bearing structure!

As much as the concrete and brickwork is interesting to watch, I love seeing the wood finally go in, and especially the joinery for the beams. Wood is what makes it a house, IMO.

It also might have been a faster build if they just did it by hand. Why go through the trouble of setting up the machine and sitting it perfectly when you could just take a saw, an axe, or chisel to it? Having done timber framing by hand myself, it’s really not that bad, especially if you have multiple people and the wood is green 🤷🏽‍♀️

With tolerances that tight, precision is a must but we've come to expect nothing less of you and your team! It is a bit confusing why you'd install the roof before the final plaster coat is applied to the house, it just seems that there are lots of opportunities to ruin or mess up all that beautiful workmanship. Great work as always, look forward to more amazing projects in 2025!

Pretty sure this crane is made by Gru Benedini, but I don't know which model. I'm no expert on these small trailerable self-erecting cranes; however, after a bit of internet sleuthing, that's my conclusion. The logo on the tower matches, and the layout is similar (lattice tower rather than tubular, transport wheel location correct, etc.). It could be a model which is no longer currently offered in their catalog, perhaps from the 1990s. I got sucked in by the cheesecake cruck frame thumbnail, but stayed for the crane! I don't have a regular use for such a device, but it looks like it would be darned handy in congested spaces.

I think that's a Kuka KR Quantec robot arm. There are lots of comparable options for industrial robots of all sizes in orange, white, yellow, and blue flavors (aka Kuka, ABB, Fanuc, and Yaskawa) but the real question is what software he uses to program the thing! By default these arms just go to manually-defined points you jog them to using the teach pendant, getting it to cut the right shapes in the right locations with a whole CAD to path package is the hard part.

If they still want to learn when they’re older, there are schools for that available (at least in the US). The Compagnon du Devoir is really good if you’re in France. I think other countries like Germany also have guilds, so there are options :)

@@0nurbis I might…I’m an American, but I own the trees from which the materials would be made, and I would either learn to hew the timber myself, or work side-by-side with a professional. It looks quite fascinating. I already own multiple forklifts, one of which is off-road, a 36 inch bandsaw, etc. I’m so tempted, but the amount of work is rather intimidating

I am from Brittany. 1m3 oak 200 euros - with land and trees around your property not more expensive than modern material. Chesnut has always been prefered for the frame under the slates and rain. Oak for the floor or vertical beams. Only one crucial point : competent carpenter (1-2 years wait for the one I know). This design is a facade to be visible inside a box of concrete - low level carpentry - peg are secured by hidden screws. Croix de Jupiter with bolts and nuts ! I will build a warehouse near a protected a historical area (concrete box forbidden), douglas less expensive but small difference with wood available around.

@@invest48 I agree that a competent carpenter is not easy to find nor engage. many years ago, I wanted oak stairs built a special way, when I approached the recommended carpenter he gave me a 18 month wait before he could even start. I went for 'second best' who was recommended by the 1st choice and got the stairs started after 5 months. Nowadays it is even more difficult to find and engage a competent carpenter.

Came late to this channel but just wanted to chime in - this is how all houses should be built; US/CAN builders, pay close attention. In my opinion, this should be the minimum standard of building for all new houses anywhere. Fantastic attention to detail, meticulous planning, talented and efficient execution topped with most excellent choice in music. Well done, Grgur and hope you continue making these excellent videos.
